Bill Point is located on the southeast side of Bainbridge Island, at the south side of Eagle Harbor, and was named by the indigenous people for the terrain contour.
The Bill Point neighborhood consists of 81 single family homes on a terraced hillside overlooking Puget Sound and Seattle. The first homes were built in 1968 and the last one was completed in 2005. Most of the gracious homes have notable views of Eagle Harbor or Seattle or the Puget Sound shipping lanes.
The community is governed by the Bill Point Homeowners' Association and features underground utilities, outdoor community swimming and wading pools, and its own community water system.
The neighborhood has abundant flora as well as many types of resident and transient wildlife.
